Did DC fix the 5th gear nut on 98's

Does any one know if DC fixed 5th gear nut on late 97 or 98 models? Or do it still need to be fixed?

They still haven't fixed it on anything. Do a search on 5th gear nut. The latest fixes work better but folks are still having problems.

I have a 98. 5 24v 5 spd that had the 5th gear nut come off at 54k miles. DC covered it as "goodwill".
