Up until last week Diesel was holding a good 20 cents cheaper than 87 octane gas!! I was buying diesel for 2. 87 here in southern Calif. Now, they have done a complete 180... Diesel is now 3. 10 or so and Unleaded has dropped to 2. 90... . I think Calif hates Diesels. . LOLOL

Louisville, KY

Filled up at a Kroger Store yesterday, 2. 60. Noticed that it is on the rise again at other stations, 2. 68 to 2. 79. Unleaded is about 20 cents higher.

diesel around my is about $0. 10 to $0. 20 a liter cheaper depending on what station you get it from. . the real cheap stuff is well west of me, so i only get the ± $0. 920/liter stuff. .

Here is Carson City, Nv. Gas has dropped about 30 cents a gallon while diesel has gone up a dime.

The latter still cheaper. Figure the oil companies have got to keep their profit margin " in sync"... lower one fuel and raise the other to compensate?

Here in Phoenix, AZ. , diesel just dropped 3 cents from $2. 76/9 to $2. 73/9 in the last two days(@ the Flying J). Regular gas stations have it at $2. 85/9 to over $3. 00 per gal.

Just heard that fuel production was at 87% of its capacity with quite a bit in storage. Production of gas was down due to normal maintainance & some, other than normal, shut downs.

Here in AZ, we were just informed that, at least, some of the refineries in CA were going to quit selling fuel to AZ. Our governor said that it should not be a problem as we can still get fuel elsewhere, probably TX. As a 'return favor', maybe we can stop selling electricity to our CA neighbors. None of this can be a good thing for both states.
