Hey Guys for anyone who doesnt know a TDR member Tim Helms aka TOP FUEL 6 and good freind of ours has recently purchased a 1/8th mile drag strip called the Jefferson Pageland dragway 3167 Peach Orchard Rd Jefferson, SC 29718 website is www.jeffersonpagelanddragway.com. Tim has done many renovations their . On August 13th gates will open at 9 am practice runs and tech until 2 eliminations start shortly after and the finals will run under the lights. The will be a pro street class and see maybe you fast boys might not be or will be so fast on the 1/8th mile Track. We will also have the street class. We have also been in contact with Dave Dunbar and he will be on the property to Dyno all vehicles. Their will be cash payout in both classes IT WILL BE WORTH COMING . Got some questions about rules and the purse on some of the other sites, so I will post here also.



Rules will be same as DHRA, although this is NOT a DHRA race, nor do you have to be a DHRA member in order to race. There will be one exception and that will be the weight classes, there will be a 5500 minimum weight, but you can run whatever you want, meaning you don't have to weigh a certain amount to run something other than all motor, as you would per the DHRA rules. Minimum 5500 lbs, and run what you brung, and you better bring alot.



Still working on sponsors, so the purse will hopefully be announced within 1 to 2 weeks. There WILL be a cash payout, its just a matter of how much. If anybody would be interested in helping sponsor, please contact Scott.

hope to see all you here,would like to make this an annual race,only 1/8 mile boys,don't make any mistakes,i'll be practicing my . 400 pro tree till then,plenty of motels and eaterys about 20 minutes from track,even a leather and lace for you scott,should be a great day with the dyno here also,don't worry Teddie, i'll get the gaskets to hold long before you get here, gotta go 14mm,

okay guys, gotta start doing some advertising for this race,need to get a feel for how many pro street trucks are coming to get my money,andy,baby bear yous guys coming? and who else?Mr Perry, can we see you here, don't be scared guys, its only 1/8 mile, i'll whip yaws ***** in 1/2 the distance, :-laf ,bear you know your chance against me is pretty good,90% of the time i'm broke by 1/2 track,ask ALL MY FANS down here,we would like to see a good turn out of some strong trucks for the prostreet,in the mean time i'll be putting another head gasket on

I'm going up there too, but from Edisto Beach. I used my GPS software to map it, take 26 to near Orangeburg SC 601(N) to past US20 Lugoff then Camden 601/521 then when 601 and 521 split, stay with 601(right) to SC 903(right) will bring you into Jefferson. About 140 miles for you.
