Qualifying starts at 4:00 pm on Friday night



Finals start Saturday at 4:00 pm for the top 16 trucks.



Cash payout for the top three trucks

1st $250. 00

2nd $150. 00

3rd $75. 00



Show and Shine Satuday noon till 4:00 pm

Prizes to to the top three trucks



Free camping to those who enter!



Piers Diesel Research and BD will have booths set up more to follow.



Entry fee $35. 00 for Friday ($25. 00 entry and $10. 00 race number)

Saturday for top 16 Trucks $25. 00

I am not positive how the times will work. You may want to contact Randy's Off Road for that info.

I posted there phone number for just such an occasion. I do not want to post any false information (bad things happen when I do that!!!)



I have never raced myself (more into the pulling gig) I will get with Randy today and get an answer to your question I am sure there are other who would like to know.

FYI there are now at least 26 trucks pre registered for this event!!!

The pre registrations are really piling up this is shaping up to be a HUGE diesel event!!!!!!

The is going to become an annual event if the turnout is good and it looks good so far!!!

Next year hopes to add a Mobile dyno and a sled pull competition!!!!

Just so you all know you need to pre-register. I just called Randy's and that is what I was told. If someone has a registration form could they post it for the rest that still need to register? Also friday is qualifying by ET's and Saturday is bracket racing for the top 16 qualifiers based on ET.

I spoke with Randy (Randy's Off Road) Today and so far there is appox 50 to 60 trucks expected to Race!!!!! YEEE HAWWW

Due to the number of trucks expected to race we are adding a head to head class to the Brackets for the top trucks with another $250. 00 in prize money for this class also!!



So if your fast but dont do the dail in bracket stuff this is for you!!!!

Is this thing going to start @ 4pm on both days or is it going to be an all day thing? Is it an open pitt deal? If open pitt will the gates be open earlier than the 4pm start time so a guy could get in and scope the rigs out?

To all that don’t know, on Aug 2nd @ Woodburn dragstrip “Thunder Truck Drags” are goin on. Gates open @ 8am and adults get in for 10 bucks. This track is just north of Salem Or. I cannot say what (or who) will be at this one, but I have seen some wild stuff in past years. (12V-92 with LOTSA squeeze in an, Intersmational dump chassis (no bed) running 13. 5 sec. quarters, as I remember) www.woodburndragstrip.com

4 PM start on Friday and all day on Saturday. I do not know if it will be open pitt or not but most of the trucks will be up for the show-n-shine so you can see them up close there!
