I have essentially the same modifications to my Ram however, I have DD3s instead of DD2s. My combined city/rural road driving MPG is 16-17, strictly freeway mileage is 19. 5 to 20. BTW, I have an Abbott E. R. A. which has a ratio that was developed by Abbott especially for me that checked out to be EXACT on two different distance courses (when my tires were new). In addition, I always top off my tank exactly the same way each time I fill up.
It sounds as if there is some error in your computation.
PS: I've never heard of a 4x4 Cummins powered Ram getting 30 MPG (ANY model year).
