Check it out, click on specials, new products and announcments... then on the "Truck Configurator" You basically enter your truck info and tell em how much hp you want and they tell you what you need with prices... cool...

Cool!! According to the dial-a-BOMB, I should already be at 465 HP. Now if I only had an excuse to drive to Vegas to put 'Zilla on their dyno to see what it says... ..... :D

the numbers on his site look like they are Rear wheel HP figures, as it says I have 205 stock, but the factory said 235 I think.

Any of you look at what it would take to get a PSD to the level you are at now? HOLY SMOKES!!!!!! Would take FOUR TIMES as much money as I have in mine to get to my estimated 350 HP!!!! My mods came out right in the bracket I thought they would, except for the make of the box;) .

Lsmith, since you must not have a calculator, it only takes about $500 more then a Dodge to take a Powerstroke to either 350 hp or 450 according to DD's configurator.

I would gladly pay that to drive the better truck. ;)

John, I was going by what I have in MY truck dollarwise, versus what it would take to do that Excursion momma wants (well OK, so I want it not her ;) ). My math is a little biased, I admit, but $4big bones for 350 HP?!!?!?!? HOLY COW!!!!!!! Cost me a grand, that is it.

Ah, I see. A more accurate statement would have been that DD wants FOUR TIMES as much money to make 350 hp in either a Ford or a Dodge. :D I follow you know.

Tow Pro:

The number that DC quotes you for your engine is at the flywheel. DD's number are at the rear wheel so you lose power through the drivertrain.

I didn't really think this thread needed to be edited, but anyways.........

Keith,

When I plug in to it, 725+hp, it says "HX40 size Turbocharger w/downpipe" for the turbo element. Is this correct? Does DD's HX40 really complair to DD's H2e? Last I heard you all sold the H2e, has that changed?

Thanks,

Andrew

Ahh, an oversight by my weary eyes. You should see the spreadsheet all that stuff is in. Thanks for pointing it out... it's be changed.

To answer your question, yes, we run an H2 hybrid for the 550+hp applications.

I'm not trying to make your job harder, promise....

Ah, I do beleive you about the spreadsheet being... . a sore sight for eyes we'll say. ;) Just wondering about that. :)
