Sean, Actually if I was running a 16cm NW housing I would have 43-44 psi with my setup. The 12 is wastegated and I am dumping allot of boost as the wastegate is fully open at 30 psi. I can hear it screaming help. :{

Mike,

The mileage will improve only slightly with the PDR HX35, don't expect anything more than 1 mpg. I have had 5 different turbo's on my truck and all are close in mileage.

The 16 housing will work with either turbo. Bolts right up.

I don't have exact numbers to post here but, I drive to Edmonds C. C. 5 days a week and to ATC which is next to Boeing 3 days a week. This works out to about 350 miles. Then throw in my normal running around to add another 75-100 miles.

Before turbo I used one whole tank of fuel in a week, after turbo I am using three quarters of a tank in a week. So you can see I gained quite a bit in milage. This holds true as long as I don't get throttle happy.

And the HP numbers in my sig are from pre-turbo instal. As soon as I get a chance to put it on the rollers I will up-grade that.

Mark,

I was speaking of the housing size alone, not taking into account the wastegate (didn't have my afternoon coffee yesterday ;) )

My H1C said the same thing after I asked it to keep making 30+ psi :D

You can see what happened (read sig) :D
