I bought my 98 at an auction, and did'nt notice the engine was a 96 till I tried to put a 98 fuel filter on it. So no big deal it was a rebuilt block with only 125 miles on it that I found out after I contacted the diesel shop that worked on it. I've been working on engines since I was ten years old, damn that's 58 years ago, but to be truthful other than tractors I know nothing about diesel engines other than changing spark plugs. (just kidding) So I need to have a picture or something in front of me with a pointer showing me the components. Like this is a lift pump, and this is a injector, and this is a fuel thikamagig, this is a fuel rail, water pump. If you get my drift my farm truck when I open the hood is like my wifes new VW engine compartment. Like "What the hell is that? " Maybe the TDR site has a picture or something. Thanks for your help.
