Fuel Price hit $4.50 a gal.......

Duel movie truck

Well,,, Diesel finally is cheaper than regular gas. I just paid $2. 99. 9 a gallon today. :{ :{ It seems our truck can run on just about anything. I wonder if they will run on bull sh!# because we are being fed a lot of it lately. :-{} They are using every excuse to raise prices and rip us off. Supply and demand should not affect the price this much. Around here the stations aren’t running out of gas, but their prices keep going up. No rhyme or reason as to when or how much. There is a station down in Baltimore charging $7. 49 a gallon. The owner should be publicly flogged.

Are we going to accept it when prices reach $5. 00 a gallon?

We need to stop Squabbling about the barren tundra, and drill for our own dam oil, and put more resources into alternative fuel sources such as bio-diesel.

Our State and Federal politicians need to stop worrying about their political ambitions and start thinking about who matters most, the American people. If we continue to accept their bull, we will end up with a real fuel crisis.

Have a great holiday.

Report stations like the one mentioned charging in the $7. xx range to your state's Attorney General. Make sure you save your receipt regardless of the price you get fuel at even just in case you get a bad tank so you have some evidence you can work with. I would think if the state's AG finds them guilty of gouging they'll have to repay anybody who can prove they got screwed by them, possibly with extra, maybe without.

The problem is not the crude oil. There is plenty of that to go around. The problem is "lack of refinery capacity. " Everybody say it with me now. Push your congressmen/women to ease the permit process to get new refineries rolling, because without refineries even though there is enough crude floating around it doesn't matter. I wouldn't mind seeing more drilling at home but it has to be part of a bigger solution, such as more efficient vehicles, alternative fueled vehicles, and increased biodiesel production.

I just filled up at $2. 75/gal near Jacksonville, FL. There was a station right next door that wanted $2. 99/gal. Usually diesel is more expensive than gas around here but ever since the storm hit the diesel is cheaper than regular. Nice!

It's still too expensive.

Hey big

We are in a fuel crisis right now!!!!!!. And don't worry about accepting $5. 00 a gal we all will as it will be a reality soon.

So much finger pointing with no real solution other than increasing refinery throughput capacity. Scroll back and read Cheny's energy bill in it's original draft which offered this increase. Sure it would have profitted the oil industry but you also would have had the increased fuel we need today.

We need to stop the partisan bull#%@!, and discuss real solutions that will benefit us all.

mac
