Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Diesel Leak

I was walking past the front of my truck today and smelled diesel. so I look under the truck and my akle and dif cover are wet. so I open the hood and find fuel all over the left side of my engine#@$%! So I immediately called the dealer and ask for the salesman that sold me the truck ,I became good friends with him since I bought two trucks from him in one day,the other --2002 dakota for the little woman. Any way he said to bring it in first thing in the morning,he'll put me in as soon as I get there. It;s 8:32pm now,I can't stand the suspense. Oo.



I've done nothing to the engine-it's all stock so it wasn't me just had to tell yall

Just curious did you check the water drain lever? It could be partially open.

yes that was the first thing I did. I went to the dealer today,the mechanic said the #2 and #7(?) high presure line were leaking. easy fix
