Diesel Shop in Alaska?

Anyone had a good experinece with any performance diesel shops in Alaska. If so can you let me know which one and what you had done. Thanks!

I'd like to hear about this myself. I'm looking for a place to get the injection pump timing set on my '92, and I'd rather not pay the $90-something/hour shop rate that Cummins charges for this if I can help it.



I found two possibilities for what I wanted:



Al's Diesel Works

Advanced Diesel Service



However I haven't been able to get my truck in to either one.



I'd love to hear any suggestions from people who've had good experiences with shops in or around Anchorage.

I would check with JR2 he got a very serious dodge. Makes good power. If you have a 24valve you can do most upgrades yourself.
