Sarcastic? Who, me?

It's strange, but I see prices in North Texas ranging from $2.14/gallon at a QuikTrip in Arlington to $2.79 at Shell and some other name brand stations. I've been paying about $2.29 for a while at a QuiKTrip south of Fort Worth. The cheapest I've paid in a long, long time is at a QuikTrip in Muskogee, Oklahoma, right there at the Shawnee Bypass. It was $2.05/gallon the last few times I've been through Muskogee. By the way, I heard they don't smoke marijuana in Muskogee...

Gas, regular grade is like $1.74 here local, .10 to .20 cents higher up toward Jasper/Woodville. Last diesel I bought was $2.14 gal. Diesel is same price as gasoline and in some cases lower than gasoline some places in Texas. bg

Up here gas prices go up and down like a yo-yo, but it has been higher than diesel for a long time. I got diesel at $.91 a litre ( 3.78 litre to a US gal ) where as gas has been around $1.4-1.06 lately. So forgetting the difference in the dollars that would make diesel about 3.45 a US gal and gas about $4.00. Still a good deal compared to what it used to be. With the aux tank in my box I can still spend over $400.00 if I'm empty

$1.95 if you shop around on gas and $2.12 to $2.39 on diesel depending on whether you're in Anniston or Gadsden.

Just yesterday filled up 1.68 for diesel same station gasoline was 1.77 in south Denver. Where I live in Castle Rock just south of Denver it was just the opposite

Diesel is $1.60 in central Alabama, nice, very nice. I hope it stays that way for a while at least. At Walmart thats $1.55 with their card. I can fill up now without the pump kicking off at $100, I might get spoiled.
