The fitting that he sent worked great with the 24psi spring... holding steady at 15psi, awesome!



And the other replacement spring he sent was a thicker wire... that was probably the problem with the last ones... I think this will probably last longer... having a spring with a larger diameter wire with a softer spring rate will probably do better than the thin wire with a higher spring rate...



FASS owners... this is THE MAN to ask when you have issues with your FASS!! Hopefully his replacement parts cured my too low and too high pressure problems!!!

Did'ja get the smaller diameter ball bearing to go in the return port?

Diesel Dan tried to help me, but because Fass could not find my warranty card they turned down my warranty claim even though I faxed them the original invoice.

Diesel Dan did extend my warranty for 2 years to try to make things right.

I still wish I never heard of FASS.

The FASS was one of the best investment I ever did... now that this pressure issue is fixed, I'm good to go...



I had no trouble with them getting my registration... did you put a stamp on it or even fill it out???

Glad it worked out for you! Truth be told... after i did the testing on my truck with that fitting... . i have the same setup on mine now! We now have a viable fix to lower pressure without cutting the spring. Thanks for helping me out with that! Glad we could get you taken care of... .....

Actually, the retun ball was always 5/8". The check ball under the T-block was 3/4" at one point... but any system with the new motor has the 5/8" check ball.
