TCluff said:these 3rd gen trucks really eat turbos, especially singles stacked the edge ez and the van aken and killed one stock turbo, killed 3 more stock turbos with the tst old program, killed an ats aurora 3000 turbo the second day and ats would not warranty it after they promised it would hold up, the killer b 64 12 and 14 with the upgrades for surging are decent but still get way too hot way too fast, the sled puller 66 with no surging problems fueled by the tst new program stacked with the quadzilla on the 50 setting is a pretty good setup with little lag but still gets warm, now running piers twins hx40-16 on top and a ht3b-26 on the botttom now i have mega top end and no bottom end but does not get hot fueled by the tst twins program stacked with the ez, once you hit about 12 psi of boost, it screams past 60 untill you hear the blow off valves release, i guess what i was trying to say was if you have anything to do with tst do not run anything smaller than the sled puller 66, the others run fine with a simple pressure box... .
I have been trying my best to Kill a DD Jammer to no avail. Bullydog on xtrreme, EZ on six and flat footed in 4x4, 80 mph sideways and steping off with a huge bark! Then flat foot it again. Swanson has gone for a ride or two... ... He'll tell ya that I abuse this truck. I think of it more as riding on the edge of the envelope..... ! Go Big!! The Jammer holds egt's steady til 300 rpm's and then hits 1300* Max. I can hardly wait to get my hands on a Ball Bearing Turbo. Come on Locklier..... Kick one down for some serious testing in the desert. How about a 1000 mile race of continuous flat footed runs to 3400 rmps for 29 hours straight.
