DieselPower additive?

Has any one used Diesel Power, performance enhancer and cetane booster, by Gold Eagle? I have been told that this works well to help improve MPG. Any words of wisdom or advise?

Welcome TKarnas,

You will find varied opinions fuel additives. I personally use Power Service (grey bottle) mixed with Marvel Mystery Oil to keep up lubrication lost with ULSD. I think it is really a matter of personal preference and piece of mind.

For a full tank, 16-oz of both... . Truck runs great!



I am a short distance driver,,, the truck does not even come close to warming up in the winter,,, so I depend on the above to keep the injectors clean... When I change my fuel filter,,, it looks like brand new in there. Totally CLEAN!!! I also buy fuel from a Chevron dealer, they have a new building and new tanks right here in El Dorado Hills, Cali... .
