I'm pretty sure that 4 wheel ABS came standard with the 01. 5 change too.

It was standard on my 2000 3500QC 4x4

There is a thread on the fender liners already, go search. I installed my liners I purchased from moparforless. Search will have #. Plastic rivets I got from bumper to bumper for a few bucks. They just pop in. You can reuse 1 that comes off with the small flap that is in there now. Took 10 minuts to do both and well worth it to keep all the road crap from underneath the fenders.

a couple more items worth noting are.....

the antenna is no longer painted black and the nice strip of shading on the upper portion of the windshield is no longer there either. Instead it's just a small dotted out section that runs the whole length of the windshield,for the glare I suppose

I had to install rear fender liners and agree with others that it stops the crud from getting up in there.
