Neither one of the links had any info about Spartan Frames Nick. Or MAYBE I JUST DIDN'T SEE IT.

From what I understand Spartan is a custom frame maker for high end MH's they have air ride independent front ends as well as the usual rear, Choice of power is usually more than just one brand from Freightliner.

Also they are supposed to be a more ridged frame causing less flex and eventually leading to damage to the MH body its self.

Before we went to Pierce our fire co bought a engine on a Spartin chassis. It's still in service 20 + years later. It has torsion bar suspension and I think it drives very well.

I see what you mean, note the Torque-Box frame on the K3GT model, it will haul a D-6 Cat

I had 2 diff DP on Spartan, LOVED them. Factory in MI is awesome. Go for it.
