Difference between two types of Bosch injectors

Besides the obvious power increase difference, I was wondering the pros and cons of the 2 different bosch injectors people are selling on ebay as well as other sites...

You'd need to tell us what injectors you're talking about. A bigger injector may cause more smoke and decrease mileage slightly... how much depends on what injectors you're refering to.

ALso depends on how you use the added power. I have a set of Extrude Honed injectors (35-40hp, I was told) that really woke up the old slug. I installed the gauges while waiting on the sticks, so I dont have a before and after comparison. I seem to be getting the same MPG as before, though it is hard to tell with a broken odometer.

LOL, the M4's in my 509hp 02 were plenty civil on the street, that is... unless you really wanted to black a 4 lane highway out, which you could if you wanted to...

I believe I was quoted prices for Bosch 185's and 190's... One supposedly adds 40 hp and the other 75 hp... I don't wanna close down a four lane highway with black smoke per say... but would love to have a little extra passing power... . especially for those powerjokes who think their pretty new trucks just have to pass my old rusty crusty dodge...

PDR dynoed both injectors, there is only 5rwhp difference between the two. That's how the 190's got the name.

Thats interesting... so i guess I need to ask myself if I want to spend an extra $125. 00 for 5 rwhp... thats money I could spend on other goodies I would think, or am I still missing something ?!?

On PDR's site they have 190's for $399. and 185's for $820.
