I have 285's on my truck but not on the spare. It is the stock 265. What will happen if I drive about 200 miles like this? Should I get my lazy butt out there and switch the 265 to one of the front so my rear diff has the same size tires.

Thanks.

I don't know if it makes a big difference with out limited slip but if you do have LS then I would definitely switch it to the front.

Well, I got my lazy butt out there in the rain and mud and put the 265 on the front. The things we do for the health of these trucks!

Running one (1) different sized tire on any axle may possibly throw an ABS code since that wheel speed sensor would be registering at a different RPM than the others.

true, but throwing a code is better than damaging the internals of a LSD

[i messed up the lsd that i had in my 97 tahoe doing this [stock 254/75 spare paired with a 265/75 tire... less than 100km like that - never worked right after that:(]
