2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Different sport bumper?

Who makes this?

It has a different sport bumper and a "topper" on the cab.....

IIRC that vehicle was a concept truck put out by Dodge a few years ago. Has a big-rig style sleeper etc.



There is at least one other sport bumper that's available; on the 'off-road' edition 1500s. Those trucks come with front tow hooks from the factory, and the lower part of the bumper cover is moulded around them.

What yyzski said. It was debuted about 2-3 years ago at a car show. Pretty mean looking rig.

Can anyone ID those tires? They're 255/60/15's, but i'm not sure on what tire they are.
