Why are the 1995 diesel 2500 4x4 diff's rear dana 80 and front dana 60 heaver duty then the 2004. 5 4x4 diesel 3500 14 bolt rear and 9. 25 front ?

are you sure? the 11. 5" AAM rear is pretty stout eh... don't know about the front though [i am not farmiler with the D60]
