Still can't figure out exhaust brake.

Exhaust systems

I don't want to start an oil war here... . I want to change out the fluids in my differentials, transfer case and transmission. I did a search and found all kinds of fights and wars and every other thing under the sun, which you cannot make heads or tails out of. So I just figured I would ask and hope it will stay simple.

What is the best to use in the differentials? The transfer case? and transmission? other than factory OEM fluids? I want to stay as close to factory specs as I can, without compromising the parts, or have to give my right arm and left leg to have to use factory oil.

Thanks. Mike

I use Redline MTL in my 5-speed, Redline Synthetic ATF in the transfer case, and Redline 75-90 in the diffs, works great for me. The Amsoil and Royal Purple oils are good also, my local Napa has Redline, easy to get :D
