I am having trouble getting my emails from this site, and would like to know if anyone else uses direcway.com as their internet provider and mailing address





If so are you getting your mail and would it be alright to send you an email to find out what might be different about your mail set up than mine

Yes I have DIRECWAY service,the most failure prone jerky service.

they keep asking about the service ,But when you send in a complaint they refuse the E mail you sent them! look on my,what ever it is on my post and E mail me,If I can Help I will be glad to.

I have direcway and had it when it was direcpc. Over 3 years. I have had some minor problems but was able to get it resolved quickly except one. That one took about a week to resolve and they gave me a month credit. I only have the one way service and it had to be upgraded recently. Have you tried calling tech support? If you do, I have found that if I call late at night I am able to speak to someone who speaks english. My email is -- email address removed --.
