I don't know about a service bulletin but I've read on this forum about the surprise may owners have had when removing & washing the radiator. Apparently a mist of oil vapors gets into the fins & isn't very visible when it's in place.
 
I don't think you'll find a service bulletin on this because it is an "oil vapor" discharge issue, something they tend to avoid like poison ivy.

When the catch bottle fills, the "oil vapor" gets all over the bottom of the radiator and front of the engine. Of course, butting the bottle in the fan area was not real clever.

I re-located mine using some plastic tubing and some hose scraps. No more "oil vapor" problem. Made it like they used to be... ... .....
