Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Disable Grid htr.

I'd like to disable the intake grid heater on my 99'. I read in another post that this can be done by pulling a relay and/or fuse, however, I can't find a relay or fuse that is marked for this purpose. Any advice or ideas is greatly appreciated.

The solenoids are under the drivers side battery. On a 99 that I owned before the truck I have now, I removed the small push on terminals from the solenoids. No codes that I knew of and that stopped the heaters. bg

Disconnect the wire connected to the plus side of the battery, on drivers side, that supplies 12 volts to the two solenoids. Its that easy
