Be aware that some time in 2000 or later Dodge went to a hydraboost master cylinder. It would be a little more work, $$, but you could convert your truck to hydraboost and have some of the most amazing brakes.

I doubt that your going find any MC that is directly "interchangable" with your Dodge other that the one that came off of it.

I have done a little leg work on finding a better master cylinder for rear disk setup when Case500D had those EGR brakes on his 92 W250. What I found was a M/C from a late 80's Chevy G series van with rear disks could be adapted. The bore of this M/C was a little bigger. It was made for disks. The centering piece that went into the booster was the same size. The holes to bolt the M/C to the Dodge booster would need to be reamed a little over size to slide on. A push rod would have to be fabed up. Then some brake line work would need to be done.



It could be made to work. Case500D decided to switch back to stock drum brakes so we never went threw doing it.



On the proportioning valve I wouldn't worry about untill you got a working master cylinder. If it was needed then I would go to a manual adjust model. If you look on the net they can be found under stock car parts. A lot of stock cars only use one rear disk to save weight. With a locked or spooled rear axle you don't need both sides anyway. So they need a manual adjust proportioning valve to set how much braking they want on the back.
