2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Disc brakes and rotors?

I just installed the 5th set of pads in the front of my truck which is 01 dooley 4wd with 78,000. The calipers had to be swapped with rebuilds as the pistons were rotted and the boots were gone 3 pad sets ago at least. The main question is the rotors are original and will need replacing with the next pad set. Some heat checks and some wear but not bad although I didn't measure them. What is the best replacement rotor? Should I just go to Rockauto.com and get some Wagners or something else listed? Thanks goodness for Autozone PFC warranty I only bought one set of pads. Thanks!
