After picking up the truck Saturday in Spokane and driving just over 600 miles home I would have to say I am very impressed. :D I only checked the mileage on the last tank fill but it came out dead on 17 mpg (280. 5 & 16. 5 gallons). ;) The info center I seen read as high as 18. 1 along the way. Being a new engine and not broken in I was totally surprised at the numbers. Although I haven't towed anything yet I feel this E Brake and transmission combination is outstanding. The engine is very quiet and the transmission is very smooth shifting, the nosiest thing is when the E Brake kicks in but what a sweet sound that is. :-laf

Mel & Pete were correct... anyone that is looking to get a new truck will be making a mistake if you don't give Adam & Dishman Dodge 'The Oportunity' to give you a quote. Remember it's more than just about the best price, they treat you like you are a real person not like the treatment you get from the 'used car salesman' at the local lot. If they don't know something they don't BS their way through it, they find out. And probably the most impressive thing is they listen very well and realize that there are customers out there like you and me that have done our homework and really know what we want. Even so these guys know far more than any of the other dealers I contacted... THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU to get you the best possible price they can. :) Now if they would move just a little closer to where I live when I need something done on the truck (not anticipating anything) I would be set.

Congrats and thanks for sharing. There are about four of us that have an ESD of May 15th. I'm hoping for Memorial Day, but it will probably be early June.

Great rig!

I see you went with the three step nerf bar (I'm still trying to decide between the 2 and 3 step). Are the mud flaps the "Ultimate" ones that Josh has been talking about? Similar to the DuraFlap?

Is the gentleman beside you in the picture related to you or does he work at Dishman as well?

Thanks,

Brad

I am planning to put a HighWay Products Gull Wing Box in the back so the extra step will help with access. Not sure about the mudflaps, they are the Mopar 82207118 & 82207702... I gave Josh the part numbers and he ordered them.

On my right is Josh and of course Adam is to my left. I didn't get any pictures of Todd.

It’s the journey that counts

That’s a good looking truck. I am happy that you enjoyed the same professional experience that I did at the hands of Adam Macomber, Salesman of the Year, Extraordinar.
I have been to two local dealers for service. The first one, Klemet Dodge, <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:smarttags" />Decature, TX, offered me an appointment 8 days out. No thank you. The second one in Weatherford, TX, did my first oil change, $112. 00. They didn’t kiss me or wash the windshield. I know. My expectations are too high. I do know that I will find that dealer who will earn my business. I did just that when it came to ordering a new truck. Thanks Adam @ Dishman Dodge, Spokane, WA.
