Ordered a new door seal for my drivers door. It was getting kind of flat and I found the carpet wet after a very heavy rain. Broke 1 piece of plastic removing it to install the new one in 42 degree weather and misting rain. Blasted thing is too short. I've installed many door seals over the years and usually they are touch too long which allows them to be trimmed for a tight fit. This one is 7/8ths" too short. No replies from the vendor nor the brand. My wife convinced me to replace the one on her side too since it is 26 years old. Bought an OEM Mopar and it fit perfectly.

Take the seal back off and when you put it back on stretch it a little and normally you will end up with a bid extra. Make sure to not stretch in the corner areas but otherwise put a little pull on it before pushing it on the pinch weld and you should be able to get the ends together.
