Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I've got a 2001 3500 that I swapped to the 4th gen steering on, and am currently undoing the HIDEOUS aftermarket hydraulic assist mount the PO added in order to install my stock 4th gen steering damper. The PO cut the mounting bracket off for the stock stabilizer, so I have no point of reference to make my new bracket. Attached are some pictures. The "root" pass they did wasn't even remotely fused to the mount tab when I cut it off...just really fantastic work overall 
Would someone be able to measure the distance from mounting hole to mounting hole on the stabilizer with the tie rod centered for me? It may not have a huge bearing on anything because I generally know where it needs to go, but I would appreciate it...thanks!
