DIY for 3G injector removal

Is there a link to anyone that has a DIY for injector removal or does everyone go back to the dealer?? My #1 injector is really starting to knock (this is not normal, just started).

This is a great DIY, but where did you get the Miller tools from?? Are the injectors really that much. . . . . ouch!!

Woops! I hope I did'nt start any trouble by posting the link. I have to say you did a great job on the write up.

I don't mind that they use it, after all, that is why I did it, so others would benefit. But at least they could attempt to keep track of where it came from. But in the end, just glad it is useful information that we can all use.

The tools can be purchased from SPX Miller Special Tools. They take credit cards so it is very easy to order. And yes, the injectors really are expensive. That is one reason to keep clean fuel and filters in the truck because that is much cheaper than injectors.
