I have a carter 4601hp pump. It has what looks like 1/2 in fittings comming in and out of the pumg. I reduced them to 3/8 to match my fuel lines. How will this affect my pressures and fuel flow? Do I need a regulator to use this as a pusher pump mounted on the frame just in front of the fuel tank?
