As you can see in my 'sig' my truck is a 2004.5 that I've owned since new. I had it re-flashed once on 6-30-06 by the dealer. The tech put a sticker on top of the radiator core-support with two numbers. The first is 45051 and the second is PN#20325253ai.

I've got 197,000 on the truck now and except for a trans rebuild at 165,000, turbo replacement @ 185,000 (sucking oil past the bearing seals) and replacement of various sensors as they go out-of-spec, it's been a great truck. I presently don't have any CEL's but I do get a couple of codes if I triple-cycle the key-switch (ie: P0193, P0113 and P0237). Despite those codes, the truck runs great...no smoke at start-up or while running and no hic-ups, misses or poor fuel mileage. Current hand-calc mileage runs 18-20mpg, mostly around-town with some freeway driving.

Those of you with knowledge of dealer re-flash codes and parameters....would I gain anything by having the dealer re-flash my truck again at this late date??

I would stop by an auto parts store and have them reset the three codes and watch to see if they return.

P0193 Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit High Input

P0113 Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input

P0237 Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low

Why mess with something that is work well?
