Do You Wave At Other Rams?

Attention: TDR Forum Junkies
To the point: Click this link and check out the Front Page News story(ies) where we are tracking the introduction of the 2025 Ram HD trucks.

Thanks, TDR Staff

Wooo HOOO!!! Spring break!!!

Jesse Jackson/Gore/Liebermann. CHARGES FILED!

One day I was cruising down the interstate, doing about 80, and I see this Ram grille coming up behind, way in the distance. This guy climbs up on me real fast, pulls out in the passing zone, rolls up along side, and I see he is a V10 driver. He visibly looks my truck front to rear, gives me a thumbs up, and takes off again. Happened about 5 times over the next couple of weeks. Damndest thing I ever saw.

I live in the "country", I guess... but I wave at all Cummins rigs wherever I am. Some wave back, some don't. Next time, they almost always wave back. (same road/same time/every day)

I may not wave at all... but I sure check to see if it is a diesel.

I never get a response when I wave anyhow,
you can't see in my truck,
windows too dark.

I've never seen another TDR member out there.
But if I do see YOU, I will probably honk and wave and stare too. #ad

I live in the city right now and not even my close neighbors wave. I am building a housing out in a small town in which the whole county doesn't have as many people as the city I live in now. And out there every body waves. They especially like Dodge CTD up there, so I guess I fit right in.

Country folks are just more friendly!!!!

Dee, you moving north of town? I really liked that area when I cruised though with the mountains coming straight up out of the valley.
People are friendlier in the country just because they have less folks to deal with, things can come down to a personal level when you aren't overwhelmed by the masses. Can you imagine waving to every Ram that passes in SLC or LA, your arm would be worn out in a week!!!

Bill I am moving a little south and east to the valley just beyond them mountains. I'll be living on the foothills on the east side of these mountains. I now live right at 5000 feet and my new house will be at 6100 feet according to my GPS. I'll have to deal with a little more snow in the winter, but it about 10 deg cooler in the summer and best of all I'll be able to shoot in my back yard. #ad

I checked the BIG D site out. Thats pretty neat. I'm going try to make the April meeting. I seen all those pictures too. Nice trucks, I may want to hide mine around the corner. Thanks for the info.
