DODGE beats up the boss`s ford

It was raining yesterday and my employer gets this great idea to move a boat with his truck. The boat he is moving is a 28ft cabin cruiser twin Eng weight with the trailer around 12,500 lbs. . Long story short his piece of s... t f150 2wd gets stuck in the yard. He has to ask me for a pull. This is the guy thats always making the remarks about how well his truck can tow and he doesn't' need a diesel truck blah blah blah blah. He is in a spot were he can not unhook his truck from the trailer so we hook the strap to the boat trailer lock in four low let off the clutch and inch him forward stop to unhook then he digs the truck down again. So on the next pull they want me to pull the boat and truck all the way up to the pavement. This will require me to pull out into an interaction and stop in the middle to unhook the strap. I'm not found of pulling into an intersection and stopping in the rain. So when the light turned green I gave him a yank look in the rear view mirror his truck was still in park and all four wheels were locked. I wanted to go ask him what hes thoughts on that little ford were after that.
