I have a Westach Fuel Pressure Guage that I am trying to figure out how and where to install. I just received my new TDR mag, and was looking through (as I always do) the Geno's Garage flyer. Saw this Filter cap with the spot for the sending unit, and it looks like a great idea. Just wondering if anyone has tried it yet? Has anyone switched from the inline method to this? Did you notice any difference? Still trying to figure out where I am going to mount it in the cab, truck is stock, with 26,000 miles on it, 25,750 of those are mine, love my truck!!

:D

I mounted my sending unit on the output side (still gotta get one for the input), but it works fine. Though I did notice a drop in fuel pressure when trollong at 20mph, The guage dropped to about 2psi. Other than that alls good.

I put my guage on a column mount.

I put one of those billet fuel filter caps on my dads 00. It takes all the work out of installing the fuel pressure guage. The pressure runs th same as my 02 with the pickup at the vp 44.

Currently taped @ my Schrader but I have a Billet FF cap that is tapped ... if geno's GG hose starts to leak Im moving to the FF Cap.

If I had my Cap I would of went there in the first place . Just resently acquired it ... . Looks good too. How ever I dont like Changing my FF ... afraid of scratching the Lid

LOL
