Dodge data on drilling/welding frame

Any links to Dodge's guidance on mounting flatbeds as it concerns welding/drilling. (I know it's not supposed to be done. I need to pass the info on to my buddy who just bought a Dodge and will be mounting a flat bed. )



I don't want the dealer to tell him it's OK to do something that will hurt his truck.

in the service manual, there is some details about repairing the frame, and the same welding procedures should apply to welding accessories to it
