I use Victorville Motors. No issues with them what so ever. The service manager says she's a TDR member yet I've never seen her on here. Even with the warranty restriction I have on the engine they still do other things for me under warranty. It's never been an issue with them. When I wanted the hi idle feature done I asked Frahm to do it. Guys said no way. I don't need it. I took the page out of TDR that listed the TSB and went down to VV Motors. Told them I want this. They said no problem. Did it for free. Plus there's a Starbucks in the dealership facing the show room... . only in California! LOL

Anyone had any experience with the Dodge dealer in ElCentro? I have used them for oil changes, filter changes, tire rotation since they are the closest one to San Felipe but no major work. Hopefully will not need any major work but would appreciate info if anyone has experience.

One comment things are really expensive in SCal. Their shop rate is higher than the rate at the local dealer here in Juneau, Alaska

I know this isnt a dodge dealer, but seeing how everyone here's interested in SoCal Dodge Work, thought it might be relevant. I just had West Coast Diesel Performance in Lake Elsinore install my guages... . their prices seem reasonable, they're pretty close to a full service shop (work on the big 3... . but they had more dodges than anything else... . including a piers twin 12v), and they're pretty cool guys.



They installed installed the tripple a pilliar mount, EGT, transmission and turbo guages for $175 (I had purchased everything from Geno's)..... of course the transmission temp guage doesnt work... . (everything looks connected correctly, so it may be a bad guage) they're going to look at it on Monday...

This thread is a decade old but I can't seem to find a more recent one in these Forums. I have a 2016 2500 SRW 4x4 and I need to take it in for service. I usually do my own maintenance but it needs the water pump recall and I figure if they are doing it free and I can find a decent tech to do it than okay.... I don't get a good vibe from the local dealers here in Huntington Beach or Costa Mesa. Where are the best dealers for service in OC or even outside OC? I am up in Apple Valley frequently also.

Try Browning (was Frahm Dodge) in Norco Ca, I know two of the techs well, however they slipped a little since they were sold to Browning, which used to be a damn good dealer. STAY AWAY from Ontario Dodge, (formally Ontario Chrylser) the rudist service righters and terrible service.
