American Eagle Wheels

Eagle Allow now produces 19. 5 8 lug wheels that will sell for around $220 per wheel. This will defiantly take a lot of business away from Rickson wheels since they are twice the price. Oo. Oo. Oo. Oo.

What is the load capacity on stock steel wheels? Doesnt the 2600 lbs. wheel capacity on these aluminum ones seem a little low for our trucks?

I have 21 wheels, that are steel and powder coated black in a container coming with some other goods... the wheels that I spec'ed out are for 225R19. 5" Michelin tires... . and are rated at 3980 the same as the tire.

I was looking for a work wheel for my trucks... . and I wanted a wheel source from a vendor who builds HD wheels for light trucks... .

We've had great results with this tire on our F550 and have ordered a new 5500 so all our trucks will now use the same tires...

I will be selling all my used 17" wheels and later will have more of the 19. 5" available as well... .

I've got the Eagle rims in 17in a really like the looks of them. Check-out my pics. These rims are highly polished on both sides.

They look nice but they don't have the load rating that Rickson's have either. You are comparing apples to oranges. If you want cheap wheels, check out American Farce wheels.

These wheels do not have the same ratings as the Rickson wheels but how many of us are going to put over 15,000 lbs in the bed of our trucks, NOT including Trailer Weight? Just because we go to the medium duty tires for longevity doesn't mean that we can carry the same weight.

looks like the difference is 400lbs of load rating----apples for apples, alum-to-alum... . rickson does have a little more capicity to them. what I would really like to know is what the application of the 19. 5 eagles are that have the 3300lb load rating.....

I would probably go with the steel ricksons myself... but I am prone to not liking to polish anything... . lol.

If these are "stock" wheels for Dodge that means they are going to have larger lug pattern than our 3500 duallys. This will be the wheel for the new 45-5500s. Rickson's 19. 5 wheels are just 3000# capacity. I am sure these stock DC wheels will be close to 4000# to match the tires. I don't think these wheels will fit our 3500s without an adapter.

where can these wheels be bought for 220. 00 ea ?

I was actually quote just under $1200 for 6 wheels with Center Caps all I needed was lug nuts. I would have to double check but I thought that was my wholesale price and I believe he said it was about $220 a wheel.

I wonder if we could get a group buy from anyone for the cheaper 19. 5's? I'd buy now since it's time for new tires anyway.
