Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) dodge jacobs brake on 03!

i am looking at a 03 dodge catalog and on pg 21 it says "the all new heavy duty ram diesel now offer an available jacobs exhaust brake" i have seen an earlier post about this but now it seems official. i went to the dodge dealer to look at 03's. after my trade they wanted $28,500. oh well
