Busch Race Sucked

Happy Birthday johnrv4

Congrats to Ward

Ive had a great deal of respect for "Wawd" for a long time. Ward is one of the most hard working nose to the grindstone people you can ever meet.

Sure he drives a cup car, but he's the one that remembers his roots. Great words about Elliot Sadler ( a fellow Virginian) after the race who helped him win the race. He wasnt lookin for a fellow Dodge to help him, but a virginian.

Sure he's got a big time sponsor in CAT, but he's most committed to his wildlife foundation committed to pristine Virginia land around his hometown. I'd almost say he'd be as prowd as setting up a reward program to report poachers of black bears in Va. than winning today.

Plus he's a heck of a shot - dont take him on in sporting clays.

And now finally, he wins the biggest as a smart, safe racer - he deserves it.

On top of all that he's a good guy too,

Andrew

#22 been on the back of my trucks for a long time
Don't let his suthin' drawl fool ya- he's smarter than all h$%@

The only thing that could have made that race ending sweeter was if the car had "CUMMINS" on the side instead of Rattlepillar,,He is quite the wheelman to say the least... .....

P. S. -ANYTIME Gordon admits he screwed up is also a good day

WAY TO GO WARD AND DODGE!

Great race - watched it from end to end - WAY TO GO WARD AND DODGE!!! I've never been a big fan of Jeff Gordon because I've always felt he was too stuck on himself. My respect for him increased 1000% today with his interview after the race today - it takes a big man to admit he made a mistake especially when millions of dollars are at stake! In all I'm even more impressed with Jeff's show of sportsmanship as a loser today than I am with Ward's win - but ever so slightly. JMHO
