yeah i got stranded when my truck's key broke off in the ignition ... so on the side of the road i got a liitle too aggressive with the lock and broke it out... ha so my method of starting now is to reach into the hole , and pull the metal knob back toward steering wheel for key on power. . then open hood and disconnect the starter lead connection next to the battery and jump it with a small wire and then reconnect the connect and shut the hood... kinda sucks alot!!!!!! and now i am probably selling my truck , found a 2001 chassis cab ho 4x4 i want... so i need to fix it asap... it has the 3 speed auto... . the local junk yards don't have the same style one... only early ramcharger ones which im not sure will work... . any body have a extra one they would sell me? or know where i can buy one?... thanks

Hello Rabbittree,

I know it's a ways to go but try calling Marv at All-Dodge, number is (916)635 7602. He's sharp can tell you what will fit and work, and probably has it. I've had good luck and there hasn't been anything he couldn't come up with for my Cummins repowered Ramcharger. He's in Sacramento and ships UPS daily.

Hope this helps, Jones
