Does anyone own a Cross Bow exercise machine?

I am thinking of getting one, and am wondering if anyone on the TDR has any experience with this machine?

Yep, I bought one for my son last summer. We live only a few miles from where they make them, so a lot of people up here have them.



They aren't as snazzy as the Bowflex, but for 1/4 the price they are a great deal.



We had a crossbow discussion a few months ago, do a search and you'll get a few more opinions...
