Does front license braket require hole drilling?

I ask, because if it does require drilling holes in the bumper, I'll be sure to tell my dealer to not drill the holes when my truck comes in.

I assume wherever you are your state does not require a front license plate.



My front bumper has two square holes in it. I know because I knocked the bracket off this winter on a snow bank

yes it does. So stop them before they do it.

4 holes in the bumper are required on the Sport models. There is a thread on the forum about a member that has this very problem.

on my 03 there are the two square holes,and two more that will need to be drilled. so if you do not want them stop them before they install the bracket.

Look in the Pay it Foward forum. Somebody posted pictures of their sport bumper with the 4 holes made by the dealer.
