Since i dont tow, i never thought i needed balls, but i figured, i may as well buy some in case i do, i mean, i would'nt want to be caught in a situation where i needed balls but did'nt have them. So now i keep 2 different sizes handy, just in case. Now when people ask "Do you have any balls?" i can say, "Yes i do, would you like to see them?" and when i show them, i always get compliments, the last person said, "Wow, thats some set of balls you have". I only wish they got more use.

You and your wife are kinda kinky, no? You gotta have some big ones, to go around with those on the back end of your truck.

I should have my gooseneck trialer in a couple of weeks..... it has a chain rack.

Those rotary balls are pretty useful, but I don't like putting all my balls in one basket,,,,,,if someone is able to steal them, they get all my balls at once, or worse if someone rear ends me, SMASH, there go all my balls in one fail swoop, thata why I keep my balls separate on their own mount, much safer that way, gives me a little redundancy you know.....

unfortuantely, being married, that doesn't happen often enough...

... and store all my balls on a shelf in my shop until I need them...

... all i have to do when the time comes is just insert them and their ready to go...

... that also keeps others from messing with them...

ROFLMAO!!!

This is a helluva topic. I'm now ballless. My balls are in a junkyard in South Carolina and they most likely will rust away. But my kingpin is well lubed and my wife likes it better than my balls.

Not fair, he has three balls!

Getting back to answer the original question. I have heard bicycle racers cover their balls with petrolium jelly to prevent chapping and to pedal at greater speed. Never heard of them having a problem with rust so I guess it is OK. I have never tried it myself though. :)
