Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Does this turbo look normal?

I thought the 215 trucks had 7 blade wheels... or was that on later, 24v trucks?

Almost 568k miles, 580k with corrected odometer error.

I took it out for awhile, a long time ago. It may have been the fuel, but I had a mileage loss, so I reinstalled it. I could be wrong, but I think it may also serve to funnel the air into the inlet and cause less turbulence. Besides, with my Proguard 7 I get plenty of satisfying whistle
