Got my truck back today and they were able to make the ecm relearn itself from what i was explained. They had to completely start over. I got really lucky with where i took it,they really helped me out. This was my first downloader and more than likely my last. The bd installed fine and worked well and i did wait untill it said to unplug when installing and when removing. It was after it was removed that it all went bad. For those out there that have bd products i wish you the best and hopefully i`m just a small percent of thier customers that had a bad experience. Truck seems fine now. Thanks for the input guys its much appreciated.
