I am thinking about ordering the Donaldson muffler listed below. The Banks is too loud pulling my camper. I am wondering if the cfm flow rating is high enough to not cause high EGT problems with the TST box?

A - Inlet Diameter (Inches): 4

B - Body Diameter (Inches): 9

D - Overall Length (Inches): 51

E - Outlet Diameter (Inches): 4

Rated Flow LR (CFM): 1158

Rated Flow MR (CFM): 1638

Rated Flow HR (CFM): 2006

Back Press LR (In Hg): 1

Back Press MR (In Hg): 2

Back Press HR (In Hg): 3

Attenuation (dBA): 13-18

Product Type Description: Muffler, Round, Style 1

Primary Application: OFF ROAD APPLICATIONS

Sounds like the same one I have. I am very happy with it. EGT seems to have dropped with stock piping. I mounted it as far back as possible and if anything it is quieter than stock with the windows up doing 75. If I roll down the right side window (which I do all the time) I can bounce the sound off the a wall, Ford, Ricer, etc and it sounds great. My buddy heard it had to have one when we were in Vegas. Had it installed and we had a lot of fun cruising the strip in 3rd and 4th gear bouncing the mighty cummins sound off the casinos.

M090544 is the Donaldson number I used. There is a long thread over on DTR. Do a search on Donaldson and you should be able to find it. I think the thread is 51" Nelson Muffler.
