Donnellson Ia truck pull 0ct 8

Hey guys.



There is going to be one last truck pull in Donnellson Ia on October 8th at 5 pm. Please bring your smokers. There is a twin turbo 24 valve that runs good, and a duramax that is coming along quite well, and even on 6. 0 that runs pretty good. They will let you pull, don't be very worried about the necessary equipment. There was around 70 trucks at the July pull, and a good class for diesels. Go here for more info www.leecountyspeedway.com . It has been a very good pull that rolls very quickly and smoothly. Its a heck of a good show just to come and watch. I'll be there watching the diesels, and pulling my 440.

Sheesh, you sound like another guy I know from Illinois-Bmoeller :-laf He drove his truck down and didn't hook it either.



To be fair, my diesel will remain hooked to the trailer the entire evening. I know for sure it will put parts on the track if I hook it. Plus the clutch won't pull 3rd like I think it should.

Didn't want to try it for the first time, being that far from home. Would've hooked in Cambridge, but the hitch lock was rusted, to switch the hitch out. Torched the lock Saturday. Need to get a new one now.



Won't make this one, I'm afraid. Too far to go this time of year. Not unless we get totally rained out and I don't have other stuf to do at work.
