OT ,but worth remembering

Does anyone follow the future in Robot technology?

I hope I'm this kind of cool when I'm 70yrs old. I dig this guy's style. My hot rods have always subscribed to the "form follows function" philosophy. Never been one for chrome and flashy paint jobs... just lotsa grunt under the hood. ;)

I read about this a while ago - but this is a nicely condensed article with a picture of the owner of the truck.

That's good power for a working truck...

BUT - not impressive at all for a 19 liter engine.

I want to see the 'Liberty Belle' dyno. That's probably the most insane (quad-turbo) 19 liter K-Series out there... .

Mutt's K truck

Thats actually pretty darn impresive for a truck that runs the beltway every day, your comparing apples to oranges, the "belle" is an awesome truck, but that motor wouldnt last a day in regular service, i've seen the old blue truck on the beltway a few times

and it's not flashy but it gits down the road in a hurry.

Up above I said: "That's good power for a working truck... "

I'm not knocking what this guy has done - just making the point that 1000hp is NOT impressive for a 19L engine. It IS impressive for a truck that works hard everyday.
